I have spent more than a decade as a devoted student of womb wisdom, women's spiritual traditions, and the oracular lineages that once understood the body as a primary site of knowing. This work is not peripheral to my life. It is the through-line of everything: the fortitude that carried me through grief, the well that my business emerged from, the ground I stand on when the world becomes difficult to bear.

I came to this work through a path of women shamanic practitioners who understand the womb as a seat of authority, as an organ of intelligence, as the place where ancestral, personal, and somatic knowing accumulates and waits to be heard. I have done this work on myself, in circle with other women, and in the container of ceremony. I know what it costs to descend and I know what it gives back.
